技能実習制度とは
国際貢献の為、開発途上国の外国人を日本で一定期間（３年間）に限り受入れ、日本の優れた技術・技能・知識の移転を図り、「人づくり」に寄与することを目的とする制度です。
入国後の講習期間以外は、雇用関係の下、労働関係法令が適用され、技術・技能修得と習熟を内容とした制度です。
